Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy At Adelaide Auto Detailing, we understand that plans can change. To ensure smooth operations and accommodate all clients, please review our policies: Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will not incur any fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the service fee. Rescheduling Policy: Rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before the appointment can be accommodated without any charge. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment may result in a 25% rescheduling fee. Additional Information: Please be ready on time for your appointment to ensure the best possible service. If you are running late, or need to cancel kindly inform us as soon as possible. For any special requests or additional services, please notify us in advance.
