Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Free Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will not incur any fees. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged 50% of the service fee. Rescheduling Policy Free Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before your appointment will incur no additional fees. Late Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 25% rescheduling fee. Additional Information Arrival Time: Please ensure you are available at the scheduled time for your appointment. If you anticipate being late, kindly notify us as soon as possible. Special Requests: If you have specific requests or require additional services, please inform us in advance to allow adequate preparation. No-Show Policy: Failing to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in a charge equal to 50% of the service fee.
